Terms of Use

These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the Lumora application ("the app"), developed by Tepuy Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Lumora, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Lumora on devices you control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Intellectual property

Lumora, including its design, code, artwork, name, and brand, is the property of Tepuy Tech or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights over the app beyond the license to use described above.

3. Acceptable use

By using Lumora, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code, except where expressly permitted by law.
• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app without authorization.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the app or the ads it displays.

4. Advertising

Lumora is funded through ads displayed via Google AdMob. Use of these services is subject, in addition to these Terms, to Google's policies. See our Privacy Policy for more details on advertising within the app.

5. No warranties

Lumora is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tepuy Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Lumora.

7. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue Lumora, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms occasionally; we will post the current version on this page along with the update date.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lumora if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Tepuy Tech operates, without prejudice to any consumer-protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.
