This policy explains what information Lumora ("the app"), developed by Tepuy Tech ("we", "us", "our"), collects and how it is used. By using Lumora, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Quick summary

• Lumora does not require creating an account or signing in.
• Your scores and high scores are saved only on your device, not on our servers.
• The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect certain identifiers to serve advertising.
• We do not sell personal information.

2. Information we collect directly

Lumora does not collect your name, email address, precise location, or any data that directly identifies you. The only information the app stores is local to the device:

• Your best score per game mode (Classic and Time Attack).
• Whether you've already completed the initial tutorial.

This information is stored in the device's local storage and is removed if you uninstall the app.

3. Information collected by third parties (advertising)

Lumora uses Google AdMob to display ads within the app. To serve ads (including, where applicable, personalized ads), AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect:

• Device advertising identifiers (for example, the Android Advertising ID).
• Technical device and app information (model, operating system, language, time zone).
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).
• Approximate IP address, used for security and general geolocation purposes.

This collection is performed by Google, not directly by Tepuy Tech, and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can review and adjust your personalized advertising choices from your Google Account ad settings or from your Android device's privacy settings.

4. How we use information

We use the local device information only to show you your progress and high scores within the game. Information collected by AdMob is used to display and measure the performance of the ads that fund Lumora's development.

5. Who we share information with

We do not share personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary for Google AdMob to function within the app. We do not sell data to third parties.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can disable or limit personalized ads from your Android device settings or your Google Account.
• You can remove all locally stored information by uninstalling the app.

7. Children

Lumora is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personally identifiable information from minors. If we release Lumora under Google Play categories or programs aimed at families, we will adjust this policy and ad settings accordingly to meet those requirements.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the app or to legal requirements. We will post any changes on this same page along with the update date.
